Getting Things Done (20)
Title: Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity
Author: David Allen
Genre: Non-Fiction
Finally! I finally read all of Getting Things Done. I bought the book nearly two years ago and have tried at least 3 times to read it only to stop after 50 pages or so. I wanted the benefits of the book without working (reading) to get them. It’s not that difficult a book to read but it’s not super simple either. I couldn’t zone out at all while reading it, I had to pay complete attention. This book probably isn’t for everyone who wants to get organized. It takes commitment and even I, who just finished the book, haven’t implemented the entire system. I have put probably 60% of the system into place and have latched onto several very important, useful principles and guidelines that are helping me be infinitively more organized.
